Terms of service

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nexisia Ltd, a company in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”), which operates LauncherUp. By creating an account or using LauncherUp you agree to them. If you use LauncherUp for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” includes that organisation.

The service

LauncherUp is an AI business assistant: a shared company knowledge base, an assistant that can use the tools a workspace connects, automations and related features, offered in packages. We may improve, change or remove features over time. Features marked as beta may change or stop without notice.

Your account

  • You must be at least 16 and give accurate information when you sign up.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us at support@launcherup.com straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Workspaces and members

A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it. Its administrators decide who is a member, which roles members have, which tools are connected and how approvals work. The organisation is responsible for its members' use of the workspace and for having the right to connect the tools it connects.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you put into LauncherUp and to the output the assistant generates for you. You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including sending it to the providers listed in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights and permissions it needs. When you connect a third-party tool, you authorise us to access it on your behalf, and your use of that tool stays subject to its own terms.

AI output and actions

  • The assistant's answers are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Verify important output before you rely on it. It is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice.
  • The assistant acts in connected tools on your instructions. You are responsible for the actions you or your members approve, for the approval policies you set, and for the automations you create.
  • Safety limits may stop a run before it finishes. We do not guarantee that a run or automation completes.

Acceptable use

You must not use LauncherUp to:

  • break the law, infringe others' rights, or process data you have no right to;
  • send spam, harass people, or create unlawful, deceptive or harmful content;
  • upload malware, probe or attack the service, or try to reach another customer's data;
  • get around package limits, credits, rate limits or safety limits, or resell the service without our written permission;
  • make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without human review;
  • break the usage policies of the AI providers or tools the service relies on.

We may remove content or limit access where it is needed to stop a breach.

Packages, AI credits and billing

  • Packages. Each package has a monthly price, monthly AI credits and limits such as members and file storage, as shown on our pricing page and in the app. The Free package costs nothing.
  • Trial. A new workspace gets a 7-day trial of a paid package without a card. When it ends the workspace moves to the Free package unless you choose a paid one.
  • Payment. Paid packages are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in GBP, USD or EUR, plus any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancelling and changing. You can change or cancel your package from the billing portal in the app. A cancellation takes effect as shown in the portal, normally at the end of the current billing period.
  • AI credits. Package credits refill each billing period and unused package credits expire at the end of it. Extra credits you buy carry over while your workspace is active. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. When credits run out, AI features pause until they refill or you buy more; a run in progress may finish and take the balance slightly below zero.
  • Refunds. Payments are not refundable, including for partial periods and unused credits, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change for an existing subscription. It applies from your next billing period after the notice.
  • Failed payments. If a payment fails we may move the workspace to the Free package or suspend paid features until it is paid.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using LauncherUp at any time. You can delete your account or, as its owner, a workspace in the app, or ask us to do it at support@launcherup.com.

We may suspend or close an account or workspace if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, do not pay, put the service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. After closure we delete data as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We work to keep LauncherUp available and reliable, but we do not offer a service level agreement. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, by failures of providers we rely on, or for reasons outside our control. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Third-party services

LauncherUp works with services run by other companies, such as the tools you connect, payment processing and AI model providers. We are not responsible for those services or for changes they make that affect LauncherUp.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Apart from that, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for LauncherUp in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

LauncherUp is meant for business use. If you use it as a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell account owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless it is needed sooner for legal or security reasons. If you keep using LauncherUp after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection the law where you live gives you.

General

These terms and our privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about LauncherUp. If part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them to a company that takes over LauncherUp.
