For agencies working across Slack, Drive and project tools
Know what each client was promised, and what is still open
LauncherUp keeps client knowledge from Slack, Drive and your meetings in one shared knowledge base. It answers with sources, follows the promises made on calls until the task is done and drafts each week's client update for you to review.

Nothing changes in your tools without your approval
One price for the whole company, not one AI seat per person
What did we promise Acme on Tuesday's call? Put it in ClickUp.

Maya promised to send the revised scope by Friday 1. There is no task for it in ClickUp yet 2, so I drafted one below.

Watch the assistant at work
Your team works at their desks. The assistant finds answers in the knowledge base, adds work to the board and checks with a manager before it changes anything.

Three jobs it takes off your account managers
Each one runs on what your team already uses: Slack, Drive, Google Meet and your project tool.
Answers about every client, with sources
Ask what was agreed with a client and get an answer that links the meeting, the Slack thread or the document. When the knowledge base has no answer, it says so.

Promises from client calls, followed until done
The meeting bot picks up who promised what and by when. Once you accept a promise it can become a task in your tracker, and it closes when that task is done. Overdue ones arrive every morning.

2 promises are overdue
Acme Corp: send the revised scope (Maya, 2 days late)
Beta Ltd: share the launch checklist (Tom, 1 day late)
Every Friday, a short, client-readable draft per client from tracker activity and meeting notes, with internal notes kept apart. You review it and send it yourself.

What we need from you: final pricing copy by Tuesday
Add Slack, Google Drive and your project tool. Each member connects their own Gmail and Google Calendar. Roles decide what each member may do with them.
2
Add your clients
Create a record for each client and link its project to your tracker. Pick the Slack channels to learn from and send the meeting bot to client calls on Google Meet.
3
Review, then let it run
Accept the decisions and promises it proposes, since nothing is saved until someone does. Then turn on the client templates and approve changes right in the chat.
Client records, the meeting bot and knowledge capture are on Pro and Business, and on the 7-day trial.
Connects to the tools you already use
Integrations are tools you add and remove anytime. Each connection belongs to your workspace and roles decide who may use it. Gmail and Google Calendar are personal: each member connects their own.

Already using ChatGPT or Claude?
Keep them. Add LauncherUp as a connector and they answer from your company's knowledge base with links, seeing only what each person can see. On Pro and Business you can also import past chats, and a reviewer decides what becomes shared knowledge.

Packages are priced per company, not per seat, and include monthly AI credits. Client records, the meeting bot and knowledge capture are on Pro and Business.
Per company, not per seat. Each package has one price for the whole workspace, up to its member limit, with monthly AI credits included, so you need no AI provider key of your own. Pay monthly, or yearly and get two months free, in pounds, US dollars, euros or Turkish lira.
Can the assistant change things without asking?
Not by default. Reading is allowed, but anything that writes to a connected tool waits for approval, and sending email always asks. Knowledge it picks up from Slack, meetings or email is saved only after someone on the team accepts it.
We already use ChatGPT or Claude. Is that work lost?
No. On Pro and Business, members can import conversations from a ChatGPT or Claude export; LauncherUp proposes the company knowledge in them and a reviewer adds it to the shared knowledge base. You can also keep using ChatGPT or Claude with LauncherUp connected, so they answer from your company's knowledge.
Can the team work in the same chat?
Yes, from Starter. Share a chat with the members or chat groups working on a client and everyone continues it together, with each message showing who wrote it. The assistant answers each person with their own permissions. Chats stay private until you share them.
How does the trial work?
New workspaces get the Pro package free for 7 days, no card needed, with the client features switched on. Afterwards the workspace moves to Free unless you choose a paid package, and your data stays where it is. You can cancel a paid package at any time.
