Credits and packages

Every package includes monthly AI credits. Buy extra credits that never expire, and see usage on Settings > Billing.

AI usage (answers, automations, transcription and speech) is paid with credits. Each package includes a monthly allowance that refills at the start of every billing period:

Free: 100 credits, 3 members, 1 GB storage.
Starter: 3,000 credits, 10 members, 10 GB storage, plus Linear, ClickUp, Trello, Notion and ElevenLabs.
Pro: 6,000 credits, 25 members, 50 GB storage, plus projects, customers, project management, the meeting bot, knowledge capture, Jira, Bitrix24 and WhatsApp.
Business: 20,000 credits, unlimited members, 200 GB storage and everything in Pro.

Extra credits

Buy extra credit packs on Settings > Billing. Extra credits never expire and are used after your package's monthly credits.

When credits run out

The billing page shows Out of AI credits and the date of the next refill, and the assistant stops answering until credits are added or the allowance refills. A run that is already in progress may finish. Choose a bigger package or buy extra credits to continue straight away.

Credit alerts

When the workspace has used 80% of its period's credits, and again when they run out, owners and members who manage the workspace get an email in their own language. Every member also sees a banner in the dashboard; billing managers get a button to Settings > Billing, where the Credit alerts card turns the emails on or off for the whole workspace.

Weekly value email

Every Monday from 09:00 in the workspace's timezone, owners and members who can see Insights get a summary of last week: questions answered, tasks, automations and estimated hours saved. It is skipped for a quiet week. Turn it off under Email notifications on your profile, or with the unsubscribe link in the email.
