Billing and privacy
Privacy and your data
How LauncherUp keeps your workspace separate, protects credentials, and how you export or delete your data yourself.
- Every record belongs to one workspace, and every request is checked against the workspace of the person making it.
- Credentials for connected tools are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never shown again after you save them.
- Your content is not used to train AI models.
- Sources in answers only point to documents the asking member is allowed to open.
Where data is processed
Servers and databases run in Germany and files in Cloudflare R2. AI requests go to providers such as OpenRouter, Anthropic and ElevenLabs, some of which process data outside the UK and EU under standard contractual clauses. The privacy policy lists every sub-processor.
What LauncherUp staff can see
Staff tools show workspace names, members, packages and usage totals so we can run billing and support. They do not open your Memory, chats or files, and every staff action is recorded in an audit log. Feedback you send includes the page address, app version, browser and workspace, never the page's contents.
Exporting your data
- Workspace data: owners and members who manage the workspace choose Export data under Export workspace data on Settings > Data & privacy. The ZIP holds members, roles, Memory documents, Library files, shared conversations, automations, board items, connections (without credentials), the activity log and billing history.
- Your own data: use the Export my data card on Settings > Profile for your profile, workspaces, assistant conversations and the accounts you connected (without credentials).
- Exports are prepared in the background and we email you a download link that works for 7 days. You can request one export of each kind every 24 hours.
Deleting a workspace
Only the owner can delete a workspace, on Settings > Data & privacy, by typing its name to confirm. The subscription is cancelled at once without a refund, connected tools are disconnected and every member is signed out. All data is permanently deleted after 30 days; until then, the owner can cancel with the link in the confirmation email.
Deleting your account
Choose Delete my account on Settings > Profile and enter your password. If you own a workspace, first transfer its ownership on Settings > Data & privacy (you stay a member as Admin) or delete it. Your profile, private conversations and personal connections are deleted; content you added to workspaces stays with them and shows Deleted user instead of your name. Deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for a limited time.
