Getting started and the setup wizard
Create your account, finish the six-step setup wizard and invite your team in about ten minutes.
Sign up with your work email, then name your workspace and describe what your company does. Every new workspace starts with a 7-day trial of the Pro package, no card needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace moves to the Free package and keeps its data.
We email you a link to confirm your address. It is valid for 24 hours; until you confirm, a banner at the top of the dashboard offers Resend email.
The setup wizard
Owners and admins land on Setup the first time they sign in. You can leave with Finish later and come back at any time, or skip a step.
- Company: your company name, website, a one-line description and the language the assistant should use.
- Teach the assistant: Read my website drafts a company profile that you can edit and save to Memory.
- Connect tools: Slack and Google Drive are ready to connect in a few clicks.
- Turn on automations: pick up to three suggested templates.
- Invite your team: send invitations by email address.
- Start asking: try one of the example questions in chat.
Until setup is complete, the Board shows a Finish setting up card with what is left: confirm company details, teach the assistant, connect a tool and invite a teammate. Members who join later see a short welcome card instead.
