Getting started
Connecting your tools
Find integrations in Settings > Integrations, install them for the workspace and connect accounts. Some need the Starter or Pro package.
Open Settings > Integrations to see the catalog, grouped into Chat, Project management, Knowledge & files, CRM, Messaging, Voice, and Email & calendar. Installing an integration makes it available to the workspace; connecting adds the account the assistant uses. Only installed integrations appear under Connections and can be used by the assistant.
What each package includes
- Every package: Slack, Google Drive, Discord, Gmail and Google Calendar.
- Starter and up: Linear, ClickUp, Trello, Notion and ElevenLabs.
- Pro and up: Jira, Bitrix24 and WhatsApp (through your own Twilio account).
An integration your package does not include is marked Not in your package, with a link to the packages.
Coming soon
Microsoft 365 (Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, OneDrive & SharePoint and Microsoft Teams) and HubSpot are shown as Coming soon and cannot be connected yet.
Personal connections
Gmail and Google Calendar are personal: an admin installs them once, then each member connects their own account, and only that member can use it.
Uninstalling
Uninstall disconnects the integration and deletes its stored credentials. Linked chat accounts, imported documents and history stay in the workspace.
