Automations and safety
Automations and templates
Schedule work for the assistant, start from ready-made templates and choose where results are delivered.
An automation is an instruction the assistant runs on a schedule: every day, every weekday or every week at a time and timezone you choose. Create one from Automations > Create automation, or start from the Templates tab.
Templates
Templates cover daily briefings, standup digests, meeting preparation and follow-up, knowledge freshness checks, support inbox triage, weekly client status reports and more. Each card shows about how many credits a run costs; templates that need a bigger package or your own accounts are marked.
- Skip non-working days and holidays to run only on working days.
- Send the result to: keep it in LauncherUp only, your email, you on Slack, or a Slack channel.
- The setup shows an estimate per run and per month, and warns you when it would use more than 30% of your monthly credits.
Running and managing
Use Run now to try an automation, Last runs to read results, and Archive to stop it while keeping its history. Templates only read by default; anything that would change your tools waits for approval, and approvals for automations expire after 72 hours.
Safety limits
Each run uses credits from your package. An automation that fails three times in a row is paused, and if automations spend more than 2,000 credits within 10 minutes, all automations pause and the owners get an email. Resume them from the automation's menu.
