Meeting bot and Piko
Send a bot to Google Meet for transcripts and AI notes, and record browser issues with the Piko extension.
Meeting bot
The meeting bot is included in the Pro and Business packages. Open Meetings, choose Join meeting, paste a Google Meet link, pick the transcript language and whether to record screen and voice, then Send bot. Admit the bot when it asks to join.
Each meeting has AI notes, chapters and the full transcript, with a live transcript while it runs. Recordings are saved to the Library and count towards storage. In Settings > Meeting settings you can choose whether the bot reads and replies to the meeting chat. Past meetings stay readable after a downgrade.
Piko
Piko is a browser extension for Chromium browsers that records a screen capture with the console logs and network requests behind it, adds a transcript and an AI diagnosis, and saves it to your workspace.
- Open Piko and choose Download extension.
- Load it in your browser's extensions page with Developer mode on.
- Create and copy a Piko token and paste it into the extension. A new token replaces the old one.
Share a capture with selected people; guests confirm their email with a six-digit code before they can watch it.
